Devils’ Jacob Markstrom takes blame for low-danger goals: ‘I gotta work harder’

TAMPA, Fla. — The puck slid toward Lightning defenseman Darren Raddysh out of the face-off circle and without hesitation he fired it straight toward the net from 40 feet out.
Devils goalie Jacob Markstrom wasn’t screened, nor did Raddysh shoot from close range. Markstrom simply didn’t save it.
